SHIPPING & RETURNS
The Topmost Academy does not offer refunds for training courses undertaken.
The Topmost Academy reserves the right to change course dates. Fees will be refunded only if a course is cancelled by The Topmost Academy. You will be notified in advance of any planning changes and an alternative date will be offered. We will not offer a refund if we need to change a date.
Course booked within 4 weeks of the course date will not be refunded.
Products will be delivered by Royal Mail via a signed for service unless other wise stated. If you opt for store collection of products, please wait for your confirmation email before attempting to collect your order.
Products are ordered from suppliers especially for your orders and also due to the nature of the products and for hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted unless the items are damaged or faulty. At that point we will be happy to exchange damaged goods.
Notification of any damage or shortages in delivered goods should be made within 24 hours of their receipt by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If a product appears to be faulty, this should be reported to us via email or telephone and returned to us within 7 working days of notification.
Your order should be returned using a tracked delivery service. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit.
If you wish to cancel your product order please return the unopened and unused goods in their original packaging to us within 14 working days of notifying us of your wish to return the order.

We will process a refund on receipt of goods.
Please note, we cannot process refunds for goods that are not returned to us within the specified 5 working day period, have been opened, damaged packaging, used or are not in their original packaging.
REFUSED & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present/failure to claim will be refunded minus any delivery costs and admin cost of £5 The Topmost Academy has incurred in sending the products out to you.
